His latest book due to be published on January 29th, 2019 is The Metabolism Reset Diet!

In his words:

“In my clinic, while working with diabetics, I was exposed to the idea of modified fasting as a means to improve health. After reading all the related studies I could find, I asked several patients if they would be willing to try something new.

The results were tremendous. And this started The Metabolism Reset Diet!

Our clinic has logged countless cases of diabetes reversal, and they continue to remain healthy years later.

Guess what the side effects were? A high percentage in the program were cured of high blood pressure, high cholesterol, and autoimmunity. I also noticed that as their liver function improved, pounds came off naturally--mostly from the waist.

Of course, participants were ecstatic about shedding fat. Inches that had lingered for decades suddenly disappeared.

As we worked with more and more people, I became convinced of two points:

  1. The program worked for people for whom countless diets failed them. They could lose inches from their waist and keep it off for years.

  2. The loss of even a few pounds is the most surefire path to greater vitality.

In The Metabolism Reset Diet 7-Day Challenge, I explain the exact steps to follow to achieve the same breakthrough results that the people in the clinical trials achieved.”

The 7-Day Challenge has limited space, and I’ve reserved a spot for you.
