Kylene is a personal trainer, functional diagnostic nutrition practitioner, and certified autoimmune protocol coach. She left her masters degree in opera to begin the journey of attaining optimum health for herself. In the process she discovered a passion for helping others and an enjoyment of research and learning.
Kylene's main focus is gut health as she believes the gut is the foundation of your health. She loves working with autoimmune clients, women who struggle with hormone imbalances and chronic fatigue, and anyone with chronic digestive complaints. Her method utilizes functional lab testing to identify and remove stressors, repair the damage caused, and restore optimal health.
