She is now working on 2 new research projects, one on the history of digestive health, and the other on the history of sexual ageing. She is also a masters competitive weightlifter, a sauna addict and mountain hiker, and a follower of ancestral health self-practices.

She graduated with honors from Georgetown University and holds a master’s degree from the University of St. Andrews in Scotland.
