Dr. Winters graduated from my alma mater The Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine and is board certified and licensed in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine from International Institute of Chinese Medicine in Albuquerque, and is a Fellow of the American Board of Naturopathic Oncology.
